Joomla Multisite

During a major overhaul of my web sites I have taken down some pages describing some code and hints on how to implement a sort of multi-site system in Joomla!. This was effectively obsolete as the techniques described were only suitable for use with Joomla! V1.0.x

 However my web stats show me that a lot of people are still following links to this information. You really shouldn't be still using V1.0 but if you are really desperate to run Joomla V1.0 as multi-site, please contact me and I'll dig out and send on the information in question.
